Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule made a surprise move at the book presentation of "Fintiri, the Man They Could Not Stop", openly wooing Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri to join the ruling APC.
Sule brought a "Tinubu infinity cap" as a symbolic gesture, hinting that Fintiri's values align with the APC.
Sule emphasized that Fintiri's actions reflect APC's principles, saying, "You have the APC in your DNA. We're on the same page with you." He referenced the APC's recent strategic moves in various states, leaving the door open for Fintiri's potential defection.
On a more serious note, Sule reflected on the demands of leadership, urging Fintiri to stay focused on purposeful governance in his second term. "Leadership is not about popularity at all costs.
It's about clarity of purpose, consistency in service, patience, and fear of God," he said.
