The Federal Government has officially launched the application process for the prestigious NDDC Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship

Managed by the Niger Delta Development Commission, this initiative is designed to empower young professionals from the oil-producing states by providing access to high-level international education.

According to the official announcement, the application portal will be active from March 23, 2026, and will remain open until the deadline on April 19, 2026.

To ensure a successful submission, candidates must meet specific academic and age requirements.

Applicants are required to hold a First Class or Second Class Upper Division degree from a recognized university and must be under 40 years of age

The online application requires several digital documents, including a valid Local Government Identification letter, a Post-Graduate Admission letter from an overseas institution, and an NYSC Discharge Certificate

Upon completing the form on the official website, every applicant will receive a unique registration number and should print an acknowledgement slip for their records.

This program aims to bridge the gap in local content development by training experts who can compete in the global job market.
