The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results for the 2025 private candidate exams (WASSCE). Over 65,000 students sat for this computer-based test, and the majority of the results are now ready for viewing.
Visit www.waecdirect.org to see your grades.
Once you've confirmed your result, go to www.waec.org to access your Digital Certificate.
If you need a physical "hard copy" certificate, apply through the WAEC portal called e-Certman.
About 42% of candidates got credits in at least five subjects, including English and Mathematics.
1,899 results are being held for investigation due to suspected exam malpractice.
About 5% of candidates have "outstanding" subjects due to errors made during registration; WAEC is working to fix these.
