A terrifying new video has surfaced showing 176 people who were kidnapped by Boko Haram from the Woro community in Kwara State.
The victims, who include many women, children, and even a nursing mother, appeared distressed and in very poor condition.
In the video, the terrorists mocked the Kwara State government, claiming the authorities lied by saying only 20 to 30 people were taken. The group insisted they are actually holding 176 people.
The footage shows rows of women and children wearing worn-out clothes, with some children lacking basic clothing, highlighting the harsh conditions of their captivity.
This kidnapping happened after a brutal raid on February 4, 2026. During that attack, many people were killed, including the wives and children of the local traditional ruler (the Emir).
The Emir of Woro is still missing, and his palace was burned down during the assault.
