New Era: Nigeria Revenue Service Takes Over, Unveils Logo as FIRS Bows Out

The Federal Government has launched the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) brand identity, replacing the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). 

This follows President Bola Tinubu's signing of the NRS Establishment Act 2025 in June, marking a major shift in Nigeria's revenue framework.

NRS Chairman Zacch Adedeji says the new logo embodies a "renewed commitment to a unified, efficient, and service-driven revenue system" aligned with Nigeria's economic reforms. 

"The unveiling represents... a strengthened relationship between the revenue authority and the Nigerian public—built on trust, clarity, and shared prosperity" 😊.

The NRS pledges transparency, partnership, and service excellence, promising a forward-looking approach to supporting taxpayers and national development.
