Dea*dly Blast Rocks Borno Checkpoint: 5 Soldiers Ki*lled

 A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device at a military checkpoint in Pulka town, Borno State, killing five soldiers and residents. 

The attack, attributed to ISWAP, has raised concerns about extremist threats in the region.

The bomber, who had been hiding in the Mandara Mountains, pretended to be a passerby before detonating the bomb. 

This incident is the first suicide attack in the area in over a year, reviving memories of previous bombings in Gwoza and other parts of Borno State
