The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) has released a disturbing new video showing their recent coordinated raids on several Nigerian Army positions in Borno State.
The footage, which surfaced on Sunday, March 8, 2026, confirms that the insurgents targeted four different military locations within a single night.
The attacks took place at military bases in Mainok, Jakana, Marte, and Konduga.
The raids were carried out simultaneously between 10:00 PM on Thursday and 3:00 AM on Friday morning.
In the video, heavily armed fighters are seen setting fire to military camps and displaying "spoils of war," including seized army vehicles, motorcycles, and ammunition.
Voices in the background, speaking in Hausa and Arabic, were heard celebrating the takeover of the camps and claiming that the Nigerian soldiers were chased away.
