🚔 Ondo Women's Affairs Official in Trouble: Court Orders Arrest 😱

An Akure Magistrate's Court has ordered the arrest and remand of Commissioner Seun Osamaye over alleged assault on Chief Magistrate Temitope Alphonso at the Ondo State Ministry of Women Affairs.

Osamaye was absent from court, citing medical treatment, but the court rejected her medical report as insufficient.

The police charged Osamaye with "assault", alleging verbal and physical abuse after an unfavourable judgement. Magistrate Damilola Sekoni ruled the commissioner showed disregard for court proceedings, ordering her immediate arrest and remand in a correctional facility.
